Jewels by Trish works very hard to provide customers the best quality jewelry available. A thorough return policy has been implemented to insure customer satisfaction. All merchandise is guaranteed against flaws in workmanship under NORMAL wear and tear. I will not repair, replace, or exchange items that have been damaged due to abuse or unreasonable use. Jewels by Trish wants you to feel 100% beautiful wearing your new jewel. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you may exchange/return your jewel within 30 days in the ORIGINAL condition you purchased it in less shipping. Refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt and inspection of items. Refunds, exchanges, or returns are handled on a case by case basis and must be approved. Shipping and insurance are NOT refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance will be required. Please contact me within 30 days of purchase if you have any questions or concerns. Jewelry must be returned in original condition – unworn and with tags. Please package the jewelry in its original box with extra padding in order to prevent damage during shipping. Be sure to include a copy of your return request correspondence in your return package as well. Jewels by Trish is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Unfortunately, Custom Design Your Own jewelry and Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
